  1. Cook beef and onion in oil from 25 ml neutral oil, 500 g minced beef, 150 g onion, chopped, 15 g garlic, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp curry powder, ½ tsp allspice, 150 ml beef stock, 40 g breadcrumbs, ½ tsp salt 8 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 10 minutes until thick and 71°C / 160°F. Cool.

  1. Roll pastry, cut eight circles, fill and fold; crimp edges. Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 25–30 minutes until golden and centre reaches 74°C / 165°F.
